Responsibilities:
- Develop and keep updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Source and attract candidates from the internal database, external resume banks, and networking sites
- Assess candidates in person and get to know them, their goals, and their strength and match them with strategic resource and project needs
- Actively maintain a network of candidates for future requirements, keeping candidates in the loop and maintain lasting relationships
- Maintain a good relationship with hiring managers
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Minimum two years experience handling IT recruitment position.
- Preferably having experience working in a financial technology company
- Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill
- Interested in a fast pace and collaborative environment
