- Memiliki skill leadership yang baik
- Dapat membuat report bulanan/mingguan
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Team Leader
CS/Telesales/Telemarketing
- Terbiasa dengan sistem kerja target
- Bersedia bekerja shifting/bekerja di hari Sabtu
- Dapat mengoperasikan komputer
- Dapat bekerja secepatnya
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Yogyakarta
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Monitor proses kerja tim dan membantu anggota tim dalam
kasus yang sulit (hard complain)
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk kelancaran
kegiatan agent call center
- Bertanggung jawab atas target
- Menyusun program pengembangan tim
- Menganalisa pencapaian harian dan bulanan tim
