Job description for Talent Acquisitions Executive at Anymind Group
What You Will Do
- Be responsible for Sourcing, attracting, and recruiting talents.
- Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, and provide an efficient report
- Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
- Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top-notch candidate pools
- Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges, suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
- Coordinate with the HR & Communications Team to organize engagement activities, develop materials for employer branding.
- Manage onboarding process, contribute to improving employee experience
- Support the departments as needed
Who You Are
- A recognized university degree.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
- Minimum 01 year of experience in the full life cycle of recruitment is a must, and experience in Digital Marketing Company is a plus.
- Having experience in Headhunting Agency is a plus.
- Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
- Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
- Critical thinker and strong business mind
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
