- Bachelor's degree in Human resource/ Business or relevant majors
- 1 years of experience in TA/IT Recruiter for technology companies is preferable
- Enjoy working in recruitment field and commit to work long term
- Good IT knowledge & search skills
- Good at Employee Branding, Industry Networking, Recruitment Channel Management
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Good English communication
- Ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships

- Good skills in Microsoft Office
