Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern (Recruitment) at DEK Technologies
- You will be trained on Source, filter, and arrange interviews for qualified resumes.
- Participate in building up and developing a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
- Record candidates’ database by using an applicant tracking system and managing the candidate database.
- Actively using social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn, Recruitment channels…) to post jobs.
- Support and participate in recruitment events (job fairs, webinars, seminars, and other internal and external activities).
- 3rd/4th-year student who could work at least 4 days/week.
- A hustler personality, someone who takes the initiative with a natural drive to get things done.
- Passionate about recruitment and employer branding.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
