At Glints, we care deeply about making sure our people are on the right bus and the right seat. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our regional People team to help grow our team in Asia.
You will be entrusted to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of roles. This means having ownership and the autonomy to build your own talent pipelines, be a trusted consultant and partner to our business leaders, ensure the best candidate experience, and help bring on board talented candidates that embody and help champion our RIIBCOH values.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and driving quality hires in a timely manner
Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process
Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process
Who We Are Looking For
A Bit About You:
Target-driven, but with a focus in quality.
Min 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (manage end to end hiring process), preferably with in-house talent acquisition experience
Good communication skills in both in English & Mandarin
Adapt quickly, fast learner
Able to manage multiple tasks in a tight deadline with frequent dynamic changing (Agile & Versatile)
Nice-to-Haves (yes, we really mean these are just nice to have!)
Past experience working in a startup or tech-based company
Analytical, enjoys working with data
