Job description for Supply Chain Operation Executive at Miniletics
- Manage, coordinate and supervise the operational side related to warehousing/inventory management.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day activities to ensure efficient usage of resources and project management.
- Execute supply chain activities to support client and customer solutions.
- Evaluate supply chain deficiencies and suggest standards/practices to maximize performance.
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare supply chain reports and analyses to facilitate management decision-making.
- Develop clear and strict standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure exceptional operational deliveries.
- We are a Direct to Consumer Startup company, you will handle vast scope of all operations activities and directly report all operation activities to the CEO.
- 2-5 years working experience in supply-chain/operations/fulfillment.
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering/Business/Major-related Department
- Experience in working in retail/B2C or similar role
- Solution driven and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Able to multitask and manage priorities
- High attention to detail
- A growth-minded person and challenged to work in fast-paced environment
- Excellent Google Sheets, Ms. Excel skill
- Highly motivated self-starter with good communication skills.
