Currently, we are looking for someone who can fill the position of Supervisor Curriculum Developer. Take a look at some points below to understand more about this role.
1. Developing course materials from a given set of objectives in the form of presentations, handouts, assessments, and tests.
2. Evaluating course materials for the grammatical accuracy, relatability to the present context, and usability for the current user demographics
3. Developing instruments to measure the efficacy of the course content and the fulfillment of the learning objective
4. Conducting continual improvement process for existing course materials
5. Using and evaluating educational technology tools for course and assessment delivery.
6. Lead content development projects
7. Mentor content development team
Requirements and specifications
1. Minimum bachelor degree in English education, master degree is a plus
2. 3 years of experience in teaching either in an institution or a school
3. 1 year of experience as a content developer in an institution
3. Fluency in both written and spoken English, with minimum TOEFL score of 550 or 6.5 in IELTS or equivalent.
4. Experience in creating a curriculum and course content is a must. A portfolio of this content development will be requested during the interview process
5. Experience in leading and managing a content development team
