Job Description :
- Responsible for the movement of goods from and to another country, ensuring transit and delivery is made on time
- Responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork, which documents the nature of the goods being imported / exported from / to abroad
- Track shipments and communicate with related departments or clients about the package’s progress
- Coordinate shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries
- Responsible for costing jobs and ensuring minimum cost throughout the process
- Deal with quotes from prospective shippers and handle claims with insurance companies if any shipment problems happen to occur
- Provide efficient delivery logistic through data management, including form filling and record keeping on shipping, receiving, and any international transactions
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) any field
- Male / Female, max 30 year old
- At least 1 year of working experience related to export import
- Understand about export import regulation and procedures
- Familiar with custom regulation
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and consultative skills
- Result oriented person, multitasking, and highly motivated person
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office : Word, Excell, Power Point) is a must
- Fluent in English both oral and written skills
- Able to drive and have min. SIM C is preferrable.
