Xcellen Pte. Ltd is Singapore based startup company providing technology (SaaS) and advisory services to the pharmaceutical industry in commercial excellence space. We have extensive expertise in commercial excellence gained by working with most of the global pharma and consumer health players across 70 countries. Background: We have aggressive business expansion plans as we increase our technology offerings. We need a Sales Support Administrator (work from home) to help support the senior management in the overall sales and office administration process. Key role and responsibilities: Sales support • Create and maintain a client list • Support Senior managers in closing sales deals • Manage sales pipeline, carry out a monthly sales review meeting and keep the pipeline up to date • Support senior management in creating proposals • Prepare, review and manage NDAs and contracts • Invoice creation, follow ups and closure • Follow up on contracts and Purchase orders from the client • Find opportunities to participate in events relevant for the company Post sales services • Train clients on our platform (a full training will be provided to the employee before starting this aspect of the job), the employee will also be expected to train by themselves during free time to prepare for this task • Answer client queries • Consolidate responses from different functions to ensure that the client queries are addressed HR Support • Manage and Maintain company’s HR portal. (a full training will be provided to the employee before starting this aspect of the job), the employee will also be expected to train by themselves during free time to prepare for this task • Train new hires on company’s HR portal (leaves, Expenses submissions, Salary slips) • Create monthly payroll in the system • New hire onboarding and training planning Others • Compile GST and Annual filing support documents and provide to the company’s accountant • Perform any ad-hoc office admin work

Requirements (ideal) • University degree; preferably related either to life sciences or computer sciences • Experience in sales support process and managing sales pipeline • Experience in software solutions and consulting environment, preferable • Experience in a startup environment • Fluent in English (written and oral), any other added language will be preferable • Good presentation skills • Ability to interact through email and directly with senior executives • From 2-3 years of professional experience
