應徵Sales Managed Lead的必要條件：
1. Ability to create, communicate and execute a sounds corporate sales plan and strategy across different functions within the company.
2. Good communications skill (internal and external, in a proper manners) and english proficiency is a must.
3. Ability to recognize client problems and needs and transform it into solutions that can be delivered by the company.
4. Industry knowledge (including regulations) on Geospatial, survey and data engineering are preferred.
5. Proven track record on sales, which can be seen in a good network with the government and industry related sector.
6. Target oriented person, and good ability in handling the crisis and difficult situations.
7. Willing to travel across the country.
8. Open minded, positive mindset and team players.
9. Independent person, which means can work under low supervision.
