RnD Manager 工作內容：
- R&D strong knowledge of make up (lipstick, lip tint, eye shadow, etc.)
- Max 45 years old
- Must come from at least 5 years experience in a reputable OEM/ODM factory
- Have ability to work under pressure to satisfy client needs
- Must have a real passion for cosmetics and formulation
- Accurate and fast formulation for all our client requests
- Able to formulate low-cost products as well as complex formulation
