Description & Responsibilities :
- Graphic designer must be able to design logos, screen interface, characters/mascots/illustrations, and collaterals
- Illustrate concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts
- Plan and implement the design tools for projects with the team
- Establish brand guidelines and style guide for clients
- Design brand logos, graphics, banners, standees, and any other form of media collaterals
- Design visual media content needed for social media marketing and any other marketing activities
- Collaborate with UX Designer in designing a user-intuitive and aesthetically pleasant website, software, and mobile app
- Support the Creative Lead in defining milestones and tools to be used
- Communicate with the team on daily progress
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on brand
- Implement tasks in accordance with scheduled budget goals

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant Diploma
- Min 2 yrs of graphic designer experience
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as illustrator, photoshop
- Proven graphic designing experience
- Organized with good communications skills including ability to present designs to internal stakeholders and other team members
- Digital and web design knowledge
- Ability to iterate on designs fast
- Ability to understand the intersection between user needs, business goals, and technology requirements
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
