AIA Singapore Engineer/Analyst - Infrastructure Support Analyst 工作職責
• Engineering, installation and maintenance of OS and infrastructure applications
• Provide support and facilitate troubleshooting issues regarding OS and application at both software and hardware levels
• Documents and implements standard operating procedures
• Manage incident research/resolution/communication
• Determine and provide impact analysis for issues
• Support follow up and work with vendors for break fix, remediation and problem solution.
• Monitoring overall application performance and required services that support business as required
• Maintain, adhere and implement IT security policies and remedial measures wherever applicable
• Suggest and identify ways to improve current processes and where possible maximise use in current software technologies
• Ensuring IT priorities related to infra and application retirement, improvements and cost optimization reduction are implemented
• Providing production support (respond and resolve tickets, scheduling changes)
• Follow IT processes to ensure OLAs, SLA's / KPI's are met

• At least 3-5 years Experience/Working Knowledge of Linux and MS Windows Operating Systems
• Possess the necessary IT qualifications and certification e.g. Degree, Diploma.
• Knowledge and ability in scripting languages e.g. Linux Bash, Python, DOS, Powershell, Java
• Knowledge of Networking, some knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS, routing/switching (VLAN).,VPN and related infrastructure technologies
• Competent with MS Office suite
• Good team player, curious learner,
• Possess good analytical thinking, attention to detail and quality.
• *Able to work during non-office hours to support security remediation (OS, application patching, break fix etc).
