As Singapore's first digital recruitment firm, we ask ourselves: how can we combine the best in both humans and technology to optimise the traditional career matching process. We believe the recruitment industry will soon go digital-first, much like the trajectory of the insurance and banking industry is.
Since launch in 2018, we have powered thousands of interviews with interesting partners such as Bytedance, Alibaba, Shopee, Singapore Airlines (and more). We raised 2 rounds of funding from partners such as Quest Ventures and we are approaching profitability.
We are working on a new product vertical aimed to disrupt the job search experience as a software developer in Singapore. As you would know, there are different types of software developers, with specialisations in backend, frontend, mobile, etc. All the job boards in the market don't cater for these specific nuances to the profile of a developer, and that's understandable because their target audience is the general public - all open roles in the market. NodeFlair's target audience however, is a lot more specific - software developers. This means we can build a custom solution for this group of people, and that’s what you’ll be doing at NodeFlair.

You will be directly responsible for:
Rapidly build, iterate, test, and deploy new features and products in the front-end and back-end of this new vertical.
The ideal candidate has:
- Knowledge in ReactJS (or any similar modern frontend frameworks)
- Knowledge with Ruby on Rails (or any similar modern web framework)
- Prior internships / hack-a-thons / freelancing / own project experience
- Grit: Hunger and driven to learn
- Mindset: Proactive and humble
- Interest: Startups and open to learn anything!
