Job description for Social Media Specialist at Raditya Holding Company
- Plan and create daily and monthly contents for digital platforms (social media posts, website, and email marketing campaigns)
- develops, edits, and publishes content for a variety of social media including writing creative captions.
- schedule all posts to social media in a timely manner
- manage and executing social media ads
- replying messages on social media platforms
- maintain interaction & engagement with audience

- organize KOL/influencer/media stay or needs

- manage and maintain relations with KOL, influencers, community, and media
- Creatively research, plan, and develop contents on relevant topics and trends
- Build and manage an editorial calendar for monthly content plan, coordinate with director and general manager to ensure standards
- Organizing and coordinating collaboration with influencers, KOL, and media relations
- Cross-functional collaboration with related divisions (sales, digital marketing, operational)
- Responsible for creating report of social media performance and measurement of the impact of online presence to the hotel’s overall business.
