The Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing our presence on Instagram. The Social Media Specialist acts as a voice for our brand—a digital storyteller—crafting content that helps the audience familiar with our products.
● Plans, creates, and implements a social media strategy on Instagram. This includes maintaining an editorial calendar and researching, creating, and posting original content, including taking high-resolution photos.
● Creates social media campaigns, including the development of original hashtags, with the goal of increasing awareness and audience.
● Develops engaging social media content that highlights our products.
● Responds to audience inquiries on comments and direct messages.
● Uses analytics information to shift performance and strategies to meet institutional goals.
● Prepare report every month.
● Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or other related field.
● A minimum of 1 year related experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Basic photography and editing skills.
● Ability to film and publish live video on social media platforms.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask.
● Exceptional writing skills and ability to create content in a fast-paced environment.
