- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Have 1-2 years experience in the same position
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Excellent knowledge about ads, and analyze program
- Strong ability to make a creative content, caption, and hashtag
- Good communication skill, both verbal and written
- Strong analysis, problem solving and project management skill
- Ability to work with and influence peers and management
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Create monthly social media strategy & campaign planning
- Create weekly social media content planning & scheduling
- Create daily briefs, contents, and copywriting for Instagram feed
- Negotiate with influencers for endorsement projects
- Create social media ads, and analyze growth
- Manage all social media company
- Build and execute social media strategy through research, partner management and audience identification
- Use analytical tools such as Instagram and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
- Collaborate with graphic designers and creative directors to ensure content is informative and appealing.
