QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Arsitektur, Interior Design or DKV major
- At least 1 years of experience as Social Media Specialist.
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa
- Ability to create articulative, engaging, innovative, and original content and ideas-flexible writing skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, results-oriented, engaging, have a positive attitude, passionate, and energetic
- Can effectively perform under pressure and tight deadline
- Having an interest in the Interior Design industry
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develop content plan for social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts
- Planning, directing and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Linkedin, Tiktok, Website
- Give recommendations to adjust social media strategy for optimal results especially for top and middle funnel
- Proficiency in paid as such as Meta ads, Google ads, Linkedin ads, Tiktok ads is point plus
- Preparing and conducting reports regularly
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics through analytical tools such as Hootsuite and evaluate social media and ads presence & performance.
- Managing and communicating with social influencers to increase the visibility of a company's brand identity
- Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices especially for top and middle funnel optimization
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
- Willing to WFO (Work From Office)
