Creatory Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Non Tech) 工作職責
- Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Work closely with business leaders to develop effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on lead time, salary range, candidate pool quality, and market feedback.
- Advertise open positions via the company’s careers page and job boards.
- Source candidates utilising social media, Boolean searches
- Engage with passive talent and connect them to current job opportunities
- Take ownership in the recruitment and selection process (prescreen candidates, evaluate applicants and submit top candidates for hiring manager review, schedule interviews, negotiate offer packages and onboard….)
- Anticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates to fill vacancies
- Partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition practices, processes and systems
- Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.
- Support TABP Lead in various talent acquisition projects and initiatives
- Manage candidate expectations and engage talents throughout the hiring process
- Perform research to evaluate the general needs and opinions of talent
- Draft and utilise templates for TA communications, such as application received messages, knockout notices, interview requests, rejection emails, and offer letters
- Manage the company’s profiles on career sites and other talent-related websites
- Build awareness and promote recruiting efforts through social media channels such as Facebook or Linkedin
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external colleges, and vendors, who might route talent to the organization or aid in TA processes
- Other tasks will be assigned by manager
- College or Bachelor’s degree major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related fields.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition or Headhunter/ Recruitment Consultant
- Experienced working in the Blockchain, Creative Production, Media, Marketing or Advertising industry is a big plus
- Possess excellent communication, influencing skills, planning & organization, and negotiation skills.
- Business-minded with good observation and assessment skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn new things
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Good understanding of recruitment and selection process
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other database management systems.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.
