A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This role is mainly responsible for building brands for our Content Creators. He or she will define, analyze and propose a branding strategy that not only helps differentiate our influencers with competitors in the market but also integrate their roles into larger IMC strategies. Senior Strategic Planner provides strategic direction and defines the guidelines from which the creative team and other teams can work easily to cascade them into daily content. They will also work with the Account team to prepare external proposals to pitch for larger projects from Clients.
B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
B.1, Talent Branding: (50%)
- Provide/ generate personality tests to get deeper understanding about the internal Content Creators to find their strengths vs content capabilities.
- Market research to define the propositioning, content direction for internal Content Creators
- Cooperate with planning team to build IMC plan to leverage the content across channels
- Follow up the execution and revise the plan to adapt the reality
B.2, Talent's Business Strategy: (20%)
- Build the business strategy that aligns with the talent's branding strategy (B.1) and help grow their business
B.3, IMC Communication planning (30%)
- Get and clarify the brief from client/account and understand it deeply
- Examine clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives to proactively offer them the best influencer marketing & content strategy solutions
- Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency and being compliant with company’s and client’s policies, and deliver clients’ satisfaction
- Research and gather data to understand consumer insights, market trends and to develop effective influencer marketing communication strategies that meet client’s requirements and budget
- Provide personal branding strategy for external talents
- Create proposal beautifully, and logically with data, insights
- Do amazing presentation to clients and win their heart
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- Interest in Influencer Marketing
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in industry
- Experience mining for and examining research data from multiple sources including primary and secondary research (data monitors, reports, etc) and crafting thoughtful research reviews to be used for planning to develop insights, strategy and ideas.
- Proven track record in developing strategic digital marketing plans
- Good knowledge of the digital fields, especially influencer marketing and the media
- Demonstrated track record of bringing insight, strategy and ideas generation to new business pitches
- Ability to look at both the big picture and details
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
