The Job
Responsibilities
· Define the most important social media KPIs
· Develop content direction for all social channels Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Blog
· Manage social media agencies to deliver always-on content
· Work with internal copywriters and designers to ensure content for some seasonal campaigns is informative and appealing
· Work with internal Producer & Production House to deliver fascinating creative production
· Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
· Collaborate with other teams (such as PR, Marketing Program, Performance) in Marketing department
Requirements
· At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
· Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and other social media best practices
· Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
· Excellent multitasking skills
· Great leadership skills
· Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
· IELTS 7.0 or equivalent
· Understanding about U.S. market is a plus
