MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Salesman Project Management
- Work with Sales Department to manage third party to ensure sales men recruitment plan on time in full.
- Update recruitment needs and review the progress in weekly meeting.
- Handle & solve issues, complaints, conflicts raising by the 3P and sales team
- Together with agency and Sales Leader to build strong Sales Men database.
- Review/assess/monitor the third-party recruitment services to ensure the quality and consistent performance nationwide.
- Handling field sales In-Out each month, update weekly/monthly report and Field sales management scorecard
- Check the recruitment spend and follow up payment each month
- Suggest and control salesman and sales leader recruitment process
- Responsible for analyzing data of salesmen nationwide to identify hot spot, high seasonal attrition, successful profile per region, labor market at each area and provide insight to build and retain sales force
- Other report related to Field Sales per requested.
- Coordinate with C&B team and agency to follow payment to employee and accounting slip to accounting part
2. Recruiting Operation Management: (for all type of employees from Factory to Sales Department)
- Follow and control recruiting operation management to meet the target and timeline
- Suggest plan and solution to improve recruiting operation
- Implement plan and solution to Talent Acquisition
3. Organization change management:
- Understand sales organizational chart for monthly internal transfer management
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- University graduate;
- At least 3 years experiences in Recruiting in FMCG / big size company
- Have experience from Mass Recruiting to High Level Position Recruiting, prefer to have experience in HRBP role
- Fluent in English
- Detail oriented, fast learner, proactive to manage/follow up with stakeholders;
- Good understanding and knowledge in sales and factory organizational management in FMCG market
- Be able to business travel
