About US:
We're looking for a Sr. Recruiter to join our growing team. Are you a HR professional looking to broaden your skill set at a fast-growing company? If so, we'd love to meet you!
You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team. You will collaborate with department heads on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs to ensure Nogle Group attracts, hires and retains the best talents. You should need to be familiar and be able to implement HR end-to-end recruiting processes, including Identifying the talent gap, Sourcing, Screening, Selecting, Hiring, and Onboarding.
What you will do:
30 Days:
1. Have a great understanding of business strategy, priorities, key processes and stakeholders.
2. Participate in the HR end-to-end recruiting process and share your feedback and questions to the team.
3. Assist in recruiting administration such as interview invitation, interview follow-up, feedback collection from both candidates and hiring managers.
4. Support the optimization of talent management data.
60 Days:
1. Be able to design job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each position and hiring manager.
2. Optimize the candidate’s interview experience during the recruiting process from different aspects of the execution.
3. Understand the Nogle talent acquisition plan, work closely with cross-functional managers, efficiently execute recruiting strategies that can identify and attract brilliant talents to Nogle.
90 Days:
1. Think deeply and come up with specific plans to grow a strong talent pipeline at Nogle with your experience and background.
2. Analyze the recruitment data of various pipelines to improve the effect of talent attraction, be involved in planning employer branding activities.
3. Should be able to confidently tell us which talents are suitable for Nogle. What action needs to be taken?
What you will need:

1. At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter.
2. Working knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and employer branding techniques.
3. Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards.
4. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
5. Excellent ability to prioritize work and multitasks in a fast-paced workplace and can handle various tasks in a timely manner.
6. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
7. Great interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required.
9. Fluency in both English and Mandarin in reading and writing.
