- Project planning with headquarters in Korea and communicating with Korean team
- Manage project activities for multiple projects across all project phases
- Know how to manage work, teams, clients
- Lead and motivate the Vietnamese development team
- Recruit and assign, supervise and evaluate team members
- Participate in developing in case of necessity
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Developer and Software/IT Project Manager
- Proficient in project leading and management
- Good problem-solving skills
- Have development skills and experience (At least 3 years of experience)
- Be able to communicate in English
- Start-up mind
Others (Preferred):
- Full-Stack Web Developer
- Reside in Hanoi
