Responsibility
- Plan, lead on and execute lead generation tactics and campaigns from start to finish, ensuring they are aligned across all channels and tailored to customer needs. Ideally, you will have experience in this area and a proven track record of success.
- Have creative ideas and strategies in planning marketing design.
- Create content that is valuable for customers such as whitepapers, webinars, resources and checklists to support campaigns.
- Gain a deep understanding of our customers and target market, keeping them front and centre of your decisions. Understand how to use customer insights as a springboard for marketing initiatives that achieve growth.
- Achieve advertising sales targets in new programs and media.
- Conduct sales promotions and build good relationships with customers.
- Online sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
- Manage digital media including websites and social media channels.
- Write and edit high quality, compelling copy, which is accurate and grammatically correct, making sure that all printed and online communications demonstrate the brand values.
Requirement
- Possess a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Studies or other related field.
- At least three (3) years of experience in Marketing in public or private sector.
- Experience in E-sports, e-commerce and entertainment.
- Experience in planning, researching and creating content and resources for various communication channels.
- Proven ability to deliver effective marketing communication campaigns to grow sales channels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, customer oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
- Confident, mature and have good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably candidates who have a good personality, work experience and skills in marketing.
- Have interest and experience playing mobile games such as PUBG Mobile, MLBB & etc.
