MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. JOB SUMMARY
Capable of following import export procedures including communication with customers/ forwarders/carriers/ partners/customs/customs broker to ensure smoothly handling of the shipments without any problems.
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Good at Customs finalization report, import tax refund/liquidation, Customs & company’s inventory, converting import purpose;
Good at import & export customs clearance on E-Customs software, handling the air import & export operation, especially express shipments, forwarders, airport terminal operations, customs authorities, etc.…;
Good at working with forwarders about the quotation, operation, etc.…;
Performs other related tasks as assigned by Logistics manager.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Education
Graduated from College or University on Foreign Trade, Import Export, Customs, Economic or related majors;
Knowledge E-Customs software well.
2. Experience
Have experience in this field more than 5 years.
3. Skills and Abilities
Languages:
- English: listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently.
Computer: proficient in office computer.
Have good skills in communication, negotiation, problem solving, team player and hard working.
