Job description for Demand Planner at A DrBrand Pte Ltd
Demand Planner
• Lead the Production/Logistics Team
• Be the subject matter expert in all logistic aspects including but not limited to high-level administrations involving research, preparation of statistical reports, requisitions, correspondences, stock inventory, ordering and scheduling of meetings and conference calls, etc.
• Responsible for import & export shipping arrangement including sourcing and negotiation to achieve cost/service efficiency.
• Responsible for effective Inventory control, stock management, and replenishment.
• Effective monitoring of production level and quality of the products to meet requirements.
• Effective order fulfillment and timely delivery for local and overseas requisitions.
• Manage allocation and budgeting of resources according to changing requirements.
• Manage and maintain orderliness of warehouse and its processes.
• Conduct daily inspections, in accordance with Quality Procedures, to ensure quality of finished products comply with specifications; perform internal and supplier quality audits.
• Raise Non-conformance Reports for any process which does not conform to standard specifications or requirements.
• Maintain accurate record keeping system for information retrieval efficiency.
• Oversee the accomplishment of weekly finished products stock take count and monthly reports, HSA files and lab test results, etc.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Monitor and report important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
