The Senior HR Executive will assist the HR Manager in developing and defining the Company's Employee Value Proposition.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Employee Engagement
- Active participation in the planning and execution of employee wellness and recreational activities
- Assist in the preparation and broadcast of the quarterly newsletter, and internal communication materials
- Administer the employee engagement surveys, analyze data collected and implement initiatives to enhance employees' engagement levels and well-being
- Drive corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Introduce Employee Recognition Program
- Support the management of workplace issue, investigates routine grievances raised, and proposes resolutions
Learning & Development
- Support the roll-out of the Operations & Technology Roadmap
- Facilitate the Job Description Updating Exercise
- Facilitates internal team’s discussion to develop L&D roadmap and Career Roadmap
Project Management
- Support and coordinate HR digitalization projects
Employee Lifecycle
- Perform end-to-end employee lifecycle for Assistant Managerial position
- Support Mass Recruitment/Open House
Onboarding Experience
- Review and enhance the onboarding experience for New Staff
- Revamp and refresh the New Staff Orientation Program
Other Information
- This is a 2 years contract role (renewal subject to the business needs and staff performance)
- Min. 1 year of working experience as Senior HR Executive or similar capacity
- Diploma in Human Resource Management (ACTA certification will be advantageous)
- Proficient with the Employment Act and Foreign Manpower Act
- 5 days work week (Default Work From Home & return on a need basis, Flexi- Work Timing)
- Location: Loyang
- Immediate placement or short notice will be preferred
