Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in DKV, graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
2. Min 3+ years experience as Graphic Designer / Creative Designer
3. MUST have experience in design splash screen, onboarding screen and digital ads/poster in apps
4. Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
5. Able to follow brief according to companies value
6. Have a strong creative skill and able to handle end to end design planning
7. Great leadership skill able to lead the team of junior Graphic Designer
8. Made strong and impacful design based on companies brief
9. Great knowledge in graphic production process
10. Strong organizational, problem solving & time managament skills
11. Keep up with industrial trend & design tools
12. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
13. Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Mandarin is a plus
Responsibilities
1. Interacting with Product team & Digital Marketing leader to understand the companies values, goals, and desired deliverables
2. Generating design planning
3. Turning the lead ideas into a comprehensive creative brief
4. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
5. Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
6. Leading the Junior Graphic Designer on design process
7. Thinking creatively to generate visuals that connect with an audience
8. Discuss with the research team regarding the design that user want
9. Working with different tools and identifying the best option for each project
10. Using computer-aided design (CAD) and software like InDesign to generate visuals
11. Coordinating with other creative on digital marketing team such as photographers for necessary additional elements
