RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a guest service oriented individual to fill the role of a Senior Captain . This role entails providing guests with a whole-hearted hospitality and woderful dining experience
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests and delivering an exceptional service to ensure highest level of guest satisfaction
- Order taking, serving, and billing
- Managing guests' reservations
- Upselling of menu items and wine list with your extensive knowledge
- Projecting a courteous and professional image
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with team members
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by being proactive in service operations

- Prior experience in F&B is highly advantageous
