Job description for Senior Business Development Executive at Glints
- Grow the business by acquiring and establishing relationships with potential hiring partners, measured by total newly acquired companies, jobs, and revenue from new clients
- Cross-sell various Glints’ products and services across our offices within Southeast Asia
- Collaborate with the Sales Development team to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
- Collaborating with the Sales Development Lead to build a systematic demand engine to effectively acquire the requisite number of leads
- Collaborating with the other sales teams such as Customer Success, Recruiters, Product Marketing to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.
- You will become a part of an exciting, fast-growing tech startup in Southeast Asia, poised to become the leader of the Edutech and HRTech space in the region
- You will have a great influence on our business or the processes, and get the chance to work with a driven team, backed by experienced investors and advisors
- You will also be directly exposed to the fastest growing emerging markets in the region (Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Taiwan etc.).
- Autonomy: You are joining a very young team where you will be given lots of autonomy and trust to build the your own pipeline of business leads from scratch as you deem fit
- Min. 2 years of working experience in B2B sales and/or account management
- Proven track record of exceeding or high achievements in individual targets in terms of closing deals and gaining revenue, either in sales, account management, or similar function
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in career
- Must have a positive attitude
- English is a must-have
- Experience handling complicated deal cycles is a plus
