Job description for Senior Account Executive at JIA Communications
- Lead Account Executive team and Manage day-to-day communication between clients and internal team
- Understands client's goals & expectations and be an advocate of the client's brand
- Builds strong relationships with clients that position JIA as a trusted partner and maintain good relationship with existing clients to increase customer lifetime value
- Developing and implementing effective account plans to retain existing customers.
- Coordinate with Business Team to manage budget, make quotation and spending during projects
- Supervise and ensure all projects delivered on time, on scope, and on budget to maintain excellence
- Acquire new clients while promoting our brand to target customers
- Ensure accurate briefs are provided to members of the team, including timelines, and drive the process through to delivery of job in conjunction with account director
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders proactively updated at all times
- Ensure client response rates are maintained at a professional and appropriate level at all key milestones within the project
- Set up meeting with prospects. Identifying customer needs and communicating how company products and services fulfill those needs.
- Build familiarity with the range of any projects, adapting budgets and timelines according to the varying processes involved
- Supports account upsell and value-add projects for clients
- Support clients in understanding the steps involved in the projects, providing explanations where required
- Liaise with production team for accurate estimates and ensure work progresses on track
- Reconcile projects regularly to flag where activity has gone beyond the scope
- Developing solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.
- Identify prospective client list , Interact with prospects via email, live web chat, calls, and provide the required information by resolving queries.
- Maintain lead/prospect sales records in the CRM database.
- Develop positive relationship with existing clients & be their trusted partner.
- Safeguard client’s property by taking all reasonable precautions to avoid loss or failure
- Ensure warm yet professional service quality with partnership and personalized model
- Retain clients satisfaction for result and relationship
- Collaborate with internal team, vendors, and other necessary parties as needed.
- Connect with clients frequently, serving as contact between the client and internal team

- Accustomed to monitoring internal in making proposals and making presentations
- Helping strategic team in presenting creative proposals, strategy, and cost to clients for approval, making sure all components are in line with the brand
- Addresses any issues or delays in the project, as well as clients’ feedback to determine product and service shortfalls.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or management, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a senior account executive.
- Handling Local or Multinational clients of various industries for Advertising projects
- Work experience min. 3 years as Account Executive in Above/Below the Line or Digital Agency,Digital Media Experience (Brand, Agency, Publisher or Platform)
- Proposal presentation in both Bahasa & English fluently
- Able to write using English and Bahasa proficiently is a MUST
- Have effective communication skills.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced working on a paid ads campaign, Media buying or creative in Paid Media, Social Media, and Technology is a plus
- Able to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Account Management, Operations, Creative and Technology teams
- Experience in managing teams, projects, and in working cross-functionally
- Experience in Integrated marketing planning, budgeting and proposal writing
- Strong analytical, logical thinking & able to work under tight deadline in addition to task/project management
- Advanced skills in Excel, Proficient in PowerPoint or G-Suite Collaboration (Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets)
- Great attention to detail with accuracy and result oriented
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet critical deadlines
- Willingness to dive into a complex project or business and tackle challenges as they arise.
- Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
