Job description for Secretary for Editorial Division at Mnc Portal Indonesia
- Prepare letters, inter office memorandum and other documents needed by editorial/content team
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Liaising with Internal and External Departments regarding to content team daily activities
- Managing Internal and External correspondence on behalf of editorial/ content team
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
- Managing databases and maintain a filing system
- Make travel arrangements (if needed)
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), any major
- Minimum have 1 years of experience in a secretarial role preferred
- Detail oriented, discipline, analytical thinking, independent, professional demeanor and attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
