Job description for Secretary Director at PT. SERIP AMADORA INDONESIA
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, accomodation (must experience handle SQ and international flight)
- implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative system.
- provide high level administrative support and assistance to the Director and or other assigned.
- performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, presentation, and other documents related.
- recieves incoming communication or memos on behalf of staff, reviews content, determines importance, summarizes and o distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- perfoms other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor Degree (S1): Secretary, Finance Accounting, Interior, Architecture, or any related major from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Have at least 5 years experience as Secretary or Personal Assistant to Director
- Maximum age 40 years old.
- Wide range of knowledge for business development, project management, finance, law, interior, purchasing, export-import regulation, retail, manufacture, hospitality)
- outstanding ability for multitask, administration skills, interpersonal & communication skills.
- ability to adapt fast and function well in high paced and at times enviroment.
- must able to operate and implement all microsoft office, google work sheet, online / offline meeting, browsing, email and other programs related to secretarial duties.
- attention to detail, proactive, high integrity, pleasant personality, well groomed
- excellent time management with a proven abiliy to meet deadlines.
