Job description for Scrum Master at PT Docotel Teknologi
- Manage portfolio of project according to the standards and expectations of the PMO.
- Manage assigned resources as appropriate to the implementation of project related activities.
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation such as; initiation, delivery plans, and budget.
- Develop and maintain Program Plans and reporting documentations as necessary to ensure timely communication and successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Ensure projects are planned and executed in-line with PMO approach.
- Project team roles and responsibilities.
- Risk and issue identification and management.
- Deployment planning, management, and transition to live operation.
- Training: Business and IT (as needed).
- Operational support plans.
- Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.
- Ensure adequate levels of documentations are produced as part of technical solution.
- Develop and maintain a Communications Plan and keep the business and IT Communities appraised of project plans and related implications.
- Ensure the hand-over to operational support (Infrastructure Support, Applications Support and Service Management).
- Production of process and other management reports.
- Ensure business benefits can be realized of that risking inhibiting realization are highlighted.
- Coordination of internal services and external service providers as necessary to meet project timescales.
- To provide PMO support as necessary to business change projects.
- To carry out other tasks as agreed within IT.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): PRINCE 2, PMI, Microsoft Project, SDLC
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Analytical Thinking, effective at acquiring an understanding of a problem or situation, and developing an approach to interacting with situation.
- Strategic perspective, needs to keep overall objectives and strategies in mind, and not to be deflected by matters of detail.
- Applying standards, effective in the application of relevant industry and process standards to all task undertaken.
- Industry Developments, must take initiative ton ensure technical skills and specializations are kept up to date in line with industry developments and ensure that all relevant skill sets are current.
- Have a deep understanding in SDLC whether useing Waterfall Methodology or Agile Methodology (Agile, Kanban;XP).
- Candidate with basic banking and have scrum master certificate are a plus.
