Responsibilities:
- Coaching scrum team (Dev Team/Product Owner) about agile and scrum, to make sure the team members are understood Agile & Scrum Value and Process.
- Host Daily Scrum (Standup Meetings)
- Support Scrum team to clear the obstacles during the sprint
- Become a facilitator for sprint events (Sprint Planning, Daily scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective)
- Assist Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog
- Generate reports and measure sprint performance at each iteration/sprint
Requirements:
- Fresh/Under Graduation D3/S1 majored in IT/Management/Communication Science/Psychology are welcome to apply
- Certified scrum master is a plus
- Having knowledge of agile methodlogy,techniques, and framework such as Scrum / Kanban for projects management
- Having knowledge of agile tools such as Jira/Clickup/Trello
- Having Microsoft Office & Reporting skills
- Strong communication & presentation skills
