工作內容
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN：
- Mencari dan memperluas lingkup database calon Customer
- Menjelaskan mengenai product knowledge perumahan kepada potential customer
- Melakukan pameran, canvassing, telemarketing dan flyering
- Memperisapkan laporan hasil pameran/ event/ presentasi
- Menyusun rencana aktivitas penjualan
- Memenuhi target penjualan perbulan
KUALIFIKASI:
- Tingkat Pendidikan terakhir minimal D3
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di dunia properti minimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Cepat belajar dan dapat bekerja keras
- Menyukai dunia Marketing dan berjiwa Sales serta berorientasi tinggi memenuhi target penjualan
- Berpenampilan menarik/good looking
- Mudah beradaptasi dan Mampu mengikuti peraturan dan arahan atasan.
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Siap ditempatkan di Kabupaten Bogor
- Lebih diutamakan kandidat dengan database property aktif
