Job Description:
- Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Conducting market research on competitors’ brands and products
- Organise and conduct sales visits
- Follow up on leads in timely manner and maintain an active pipeline of customers
- Make presentation on sales report, review, analysis and evaluation
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, management, business administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or sales.
- Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing also commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to construct and conduct presentation and/or demonstration to client and/or internal team
- Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for sales and delivering a great customer experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge and interest in automotive and autocare industry is a plus point
