Job description for Sales Manager at Pt Ardena Artha Mulia
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Having full accountability on sales and business development on the assigned territory.
- Leading a sales team across region to achieve target and KPI from management.
- Guide, mentor and monitoring execution the respected sales team.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Drive overall partner engagement including the partner development and business optimization.
- Garthering info from the market and presented to management as the action intem proposal.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board The Successfull Applicant.
- Experience in handling general trade is MUST.
- Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Manager in preferably in FMCG business.
- Have sales & strong leadership skill negotiation skills, problem solving analysis capability, and good communication
- Willing to work hard under pressure & prefer to work outside the office.
- Have good capability on office tools (excel/spreadsheet, presentation etc).
- Passionate in Food industry.
- Willing to be placed in anywhere.
