Job description for Sales Horeca Supervisor at PT Health Today Indonesia

- Managing a team to achieve sales targets
- Able to do market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans
- Finding new leads or channels for potential resellers and distributors
- Finding new customers for the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (Horeca) business lines
- Maintaining existing customer accounts starting from PO receipts, administration to monitoring the delivery of goods to customers
- Providing a weekly and monthly comprehensive actual reports for both individually and sales team
- Monitoring the activities of the sales team and participate in making company’s policy decisions such as discounts, promotion, etc
- Organizing a productive supervisor activity area plan every month
- Willing to visit potential areas outside the city for reseller and distributor leads, as well as development for existing resellers and distributors
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in related field
- Aged maximum 35 years
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales position for Horeca
- Neat and fashioned appearance
- Have depth knowledge for F&B Industry, especially for beverage trend and future development
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target oriented and proven track record in achieving sales target
