Here are some essential criteria for you to readily assess how your experience aligns with this role:
* Highly organized and able to juggle and deliver through multiple platforms in a busy, fast-paced and ambiguous environment
* Dazzling communication skills (written and verbal), negotiation and influencing skills
* Some experience with recruitment or HR recruitment functions is advantageous
* A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done
* Ability to work both independently and as a team member
What you’ll be doing:
* Acquire new clients and maintain existing customers
* Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction
* Efficiently fielding and qualifying interest from lead generation
* Prepare quotations and arranging sales presentations
* Manage time and productivity to meet business needs in an open work environment
