Job Description
Responsible for activating the tools and support needed to optimize promotional performance to support growth through increased conversion and customer acquisition.
Be a representative of Youtap Indonesia's voice when dealing with third parties.
Identify key potential partners for our partners.
Develop and manage relationships with external parties to encourage cooperation.
Negotiate for exclusive agreements with partners.
Responsible for the full process of obtaining partnership contracts with partners.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential partners
Qualifications
Bachelor and master's degree from Top Universities in a quantitative field or Economics, Finance, and Business.
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and can influence people at the right level.
Analytical, data-driven, reliable, and results-oriented.
2+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferably familiar with consumer web domain and internet/e-commerce business.
Successful track-record of managing a pipeline of partnership opportunities from origination to its closure.
Know the regulation and local play on partnership.
A negotiator trait.
