Job description for Sales Manager / Senior Manager at Sinar Mitbana Mas
- Develop and implement sales strategies for residential and mixed-use commercial developments.
- Manage overall sales activities including sales presentations, review of market trends and sales-related events.
- Network and develop strategic partnerships or co-branding campaigns with relevant business partners to boost overall sales results.
- Work closely with Marketing colleagues to determine market positioning/USP of each new development project and coordinate sales & marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Finance and Legal colleagues to coordinate the sales administration and revenue collection process, and ensure good after-sales service to customers.
- Prepare and review sales team protocols and internal operations flow to ensure zero-hiccups in sales-booking.
- Responsible for coaching and motivating sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Keep track of sales targets and provide timely updates to Management.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree from a reputable university
- At least 7 years’ experience in sales of residential/retail/commercial properties in Indonesia.
- Strong track record of sales results and achievements, including the ability to negotiate B2B collaboration/partnership deals.
- Has a strategic, analytical and numbers-driven approach to sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage people from diverse backgrounds.
- Capable of instilling a winning-mindset and motivating the sales team to outperform the market.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to work in BSD City.
- Strong work ethic, good teamwork and able to thrive in a new start-up environment.
