Your Role
· Develop professional rapport with the clients and build positive brand loyalty.
· Provide continuous product education, demonstration and reinforce products’ benefits to customers.
· Provide post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management. Follow up on leads.
· Manage and ensure operational excellence in all aspects of sales and operations.
· Manage showroom day to day activities which includes servicing of walk-in customers, handling of inquiries and assisting them with their orders and purchases.
· Upkeeping of showroom, including display racks, price tags, restocking etc.
· Order processing including stock checking, order creation, packing of orders and tracking order fulfilment.
· Manage all incoming calls for sales and product related enquiries on multiple communication channels.
· Work closely with internal departments to streamline processes to resolve customer issues.
· Contribute ideas and strategies to further develop the business and establish a strong client base.
. May be required to work on one weekend day on a rotational basis when there are in-house weekend seminars and workshops.
The Profile
· Minimally an O/A Level or diploma holder.
· Relevant sales and customer service experience. Candidate with good track record in sales is highly preferred.
· Prior experience in the beauty industry (ie. lashes, nails, spas, hair salons etc.) will be advantageous.
· Pleasant and courteous with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Adept at juggling multiple priorities and able to manage time effectively.
· Committed and self-motivated, a team player with a positive personality and good initiative.
· Conversant in English and Mandarin.
· Singaporeans and PRs.
