QH Distribution Sales Admin 工作職責
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Check and contact with customers from different platforms under QH Distribution (Website, Voicemail, Mail, etc.)
- Update & follow up with salesman, customers on sales inquiries
- Coordinate and follow up on tasks related to other departments
- Organize and ensure proper execution of Secretarial Tasks of Sales Department (Documents, Catalogs, Pictures, Price Lists etc.) and support Sales Team with assistance of daily tasks
- Set-up and maintain Information System necessary for Sales Department
- Liaise with Customer on Quotation, Samples, Orders and Deliveries
- Ensure tight and good communication between all connected Departments and Employees on relevant Sales Topics
REQUIREMENTS
- Good in English
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- High responsibility with an attitude in problem-solving
- Proven experience in sales and customer service; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- 01 – 02 years of service planning/ sales administrator and/or customer service experience.
