- Contact customers by Whatsapp, app, or social media to answer queries and broadcast promotions;
- Receiving and process orders;
- Acknowledging and resolve customer complaints and concerns;
- Verifying and process orders, including customers' personal information and payment details;
- Answer to comments and messages on social media;
- Report to associate daily.
- Minimum education D3 from any major with minimum 1 year experience;
- Target-oriented, communicative, and energetic;
- A passion for social and environmental impact;
- Presentation skill is a plus;
- Have a personal laptop;
- Willing to work Monday - Saturday.
