Responsibilities include:
- Assist international team and partners in sales administrative, including but not limited to preparation of documents and enrollment of students;
- Work closely with alliance manager and partners to collect relevant documents for processing of student admission;
- Generate and maintain various sales reports timely with accuracy;
- Update and maintain sales CRM platform timely with accuracy;
- Ensure students understand and agree to our policy during enrollment;
- Liaise with business unit and delivery unit for onboarding process;
- Provide Sales-Ops onboarding training for partners;
- Follow up and coordinate with alliance manager for sales forecasting;
- Liaise with delivery unit for class schedule and student enrollment;
- Ensure work processes are adhered to existing company's policy and/or stipulated guidelines;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Experienced in using CRM platform;
- Bachelor's Degree and above;
- Must have 2 to 3 years’ of relevant experience;
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
- A team player and enjoy working in a fast pace working environment;
- Good written English and interpersonal skills.
