The Opportunities
Be part of a growing startup chemical company as their Sales Account Executive. Get the opportunities to travel to different parts of Indonesia to interact and connect with customers whilst building sales opportunities through good listening and ability to go the extra mile.
Job Descriptions
- Account Management
- To maintain and build current client relationships by providing efficient sales operation support
- Maintain sales forecast
- To understand current and future client's needs at their workshops
- Provide product training and afftersales support
- Ensure sufficient customer stock levels forecast during low and high seasons
- Develop win win solutions for customer stock/product/warranty issues
2. Sales Development
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities with current and/or new customers
- Achieve monthly sales target with quarterly sales target
- Develop sales presentation and product knowledge for customer
- Set up reguler visits with customers to listen to their needs and concerns
- Implement sales strategies at customer levels to achieve company sales strategies
3. Administration
- Fullfil daily sales activities and reporting
- Collaborate with operations to ensure customer orders are met On Time and In Full (OTIF)
- Provide monthly sales report
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in marketing related fields
- Previous experience in automotive industry is preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience of selling chemicals in auto industry
- Good computer skills including microsoft office and google workspace
- Good interpersonal skills and listening skills at workshop levels
- Willing to travel nationally
- Honest and trustworthy operator
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Own personal car and driving license A
