Embreis (S) Pte Ltd is seeking creative and resourceful Singaporeans or PRs to lead and develop our business by joining us as Full-time/Part-time Retail and Admin Assistants. You will provide a strong vision for the company's range of products and services; building on existing partnerships, setting new challenges and ensuring the company reaches its full potential
Job Description:
- Open cash register and reconcile cash from previous day sales and petty cash
- Reconcile stock balance from previous day
- Record sales intake and stock balance at end of day
- Pack online orders
- Handle all incoming phone calls and enquiries from email and social media.
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Administrative tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
- Mature, meticulous and responsible
- Positive and cheerful, able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Committed, reliable & takes pride in work.
Education: GCE ‘O’ level and above
